And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mom and grandmother to entire-time click here chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so extensive, she cherished screening her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not go away her dwelling’s nest right until Zali offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are to suit your needs and the earth to flavor!

We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a number of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to get and try. They are really prepared by our chef or produced by farmers again household. “Mouneh”is often a Lebanese tradition of preserving foodstuff through the seasons.
