Zali could be the realization of the aspiration, thirty many years from the creating... within a kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a relatives that, much like every single other family on this planet, was certain that their mom’s cooking, was the most effective.

Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from total-time mother and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the majority of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so long, she loved tests her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her home’s nest until Zali here offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the world to style!

In all our dishes are flavors that have manufactured the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes many of them back residence!

We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: several different selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to get and check out. They may be geared up by our chef or made by farmers again dwelling. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese custom of preserving foodstuff over the seasons.
